The scraper-type two-stage conveyor and NOP cyclone filter pump fully filter and circulate the coolant liquid, adopting a structure that prevents sludge accumulation in the tank, thereby reducing maintenance such as tank cleaning and improving work efficiency. The transfer of coolant to the machine is fully filtered by the NOP filter pump, supplying clean liquid, which reduces clogging of pipes due to chips, seating errors, workpiece scratches, and downtime. With a tank capacity of 143L, the compact design allows for circulation in a small tank, taking up two-thirds less space compared to conventional drum-type units, conserving space. The coolant unit 'TNC' significantly improves tank maintenance by recovering sludge caused by troubles with coolant peripheral equipment. By preventing and suppressing sludge accumulation in the tank, it achieves space and resource savings. This is a coolant unit for BT30 machining centers, realized by equipping it with an NOP cyclone filter pump.
